Legal Bases Where Applicable

Where laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, processing may rely on:

Legal basisExamples
ConsentOptional analytics, personalized advertising, and non-essential cookies where consent is required.
Contract or requested stepsProviding a Tool, Chat response, or service you actively request.
Legitimate interestsSecurity, fraud prevention, site operation, non-intrusive measurement, corrections, and service improvement, balanced against user rights.
Legal obligationResponding to valid legal requests, maintaining required records, and meeting regulatory duties.
Vital or public interestsOnly in exceptional circumstances where the law permits or requires it.

Independent Chat

The independent Chat is not Qwen Studio. Under the current implementation, Try-Qwen-AI.com routes the prompt to Fireworks AI infrastructure to generate a response from a selected Qwen model or compatible Qwen deployment.

Try-Qwen-AI.com does not intentionally store prompt or response content in its own persistent application database. Request content may exist temporarily in server memory while the response is generated and delivered.

Fireworks states that open-model inference uses zero data retention by default unless logging is explicitly enabled. The current integration should not enable prompt logging. If a Responses API implementation is used, it should set store=false so that conversation content is not stored through that feature.

Fireworks can process operational metadata, such as token counts, timestamps, request identifiers, security data, and billing information. Read the current Fireworks data-handling documentation and Fireworks Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the independent Chat. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, authentication tokens, medical records, financial records, customer files, or trade secrets.

Chat History and Browser Storage

The independent Chat does not provide a guaranteed permanent account-based history by default. Temporary session state can be stored in the browser or memory to keep the current interaction working.

Closing the tab, clearing browser data, switching devices, or changing the implementation can remove that state. Save important outputs independently.

Tools

Tools should process inputs in the browser when practical. Each Tool page should disclose when information is transmitted to the server or another provider.

Tool inputs can be temporarily processed to calculate or validate a result. Do not enter secrets or confidential data. Tool results are not guaranteed to be retained.

Contact and Email

Messages sent to [email protected] are processed to respond, investigate, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Email and contact records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.

Google Analytics

The site may use Google Analytics to measure traffic, page performance, referral sources, engagement, devices, and aggregated audience behavior.

Google Analytics can use cookies or similar technologies where permitted. Analytics collection is controlled through the site’s consent mechanism in regions where consent is required.

Google processes data according to its own terms and privacy information. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites at Google’s partner-sites page.

Google AdSense and Advertising

The site may use Google AdSense and related advertising technologies. Google and other advertising vendors can use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, device information, web beacons, and advertising identifiers to deliver, limit, secure, measure, and, where permitted, personalize ads.

Google’s use of advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other websites. Consent choices, regional requirements, account settings, and ad-serving mode affect how advertising data is used.

Learn more through Google’s advertising technologies page and How Google uses information from partner sites.

Consent Management

The site uses a Google-certified consent management platform or equivalent compliant consent mechanism to present privacy choices where required, including for users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

You can accept, decline, or manage categories through the visible privacy or cookie-preferences control. Necessary security and consent technologies can operate without optional consent where legally permitted.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare can process IP addresses, request headers, security signals, device and network information, and logs to deliver content, mitigate attacks, enforce firewall rules, detect bots, and improve availability.

Cloudflare acts under its own agreements and privacy information. Some Cloudflare cookies are strictly necessary for security and cannot be disabled through the optional-cookie controls.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, and similar technologies can support security, consent, functionality, analytics, and advertising.

Details and preference instructions are available in the Cookie Policy.

When We Share Information

We can share information with:

  • Hosting, CDN, security, email, analytics, advertising, consent, and model-infrastructure providers needed to operate the service.
  • Professional advisers such as legal, accounting, security, or insurance providers where necessary.
  • Authorities or parties when required by law, valid process, or the protection of rights and safety.
  • A successor or transaction participant in a legitimate reorganization, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • Another party when you direct or consent to the sharing.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising and analytics laws can define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly; available consent and opt-out controls are provided where required.

International Processing

The site is operated from Egypt and uses providers that can process information in other countries. Those countries can have different data-protection laws.

Where required, providers and the operator use applicable contractual, consent, or legal mechanisms for international processing. Users should avoid submitting sensitive data when international transfer is not authorized.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, access restriction, Cloudflare security controls, software updates, provider security features, and limited operational access.

No internet service is completely secure. Users are responsible for not submitting secrets and for securing their own devices, accounts, browsers, and network.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Withdraw consent.
  • Receive portable data where applicable.
  • Opt out of certain advertising-related sharing or sale definitions.
  • Complain to a data-protection authority.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

Send a request to [email protected]. We may verify identity and scope. Rights can be limited by law, security, other people’s rights, or the absence of identifiable retained data.

Browser and Advertising Choices

  • Use the site’s cookie-preferences control.
  • Use browser controls to block or delete cookies.
  • Use Google advertising settings where available.
  • Use device-level advertising and tracking controls.
  • Avoid optional Tools or Chat features if you do not want the necessary processing.

Blocking cookies can affect consent records, authentication, security, preferences, and site functionality.

Children

Try-Qwen-AI.com is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the independent Chat or collect personal data from children.

A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal data should contact us for review.

Automated Decisions

The site does not use its own personal-data profiles to make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about users. Advertising and external services can use automated systems under their own policies and user choices.

External Links

The site links to official Qwen services and other external resources. Their privacy practices apply when you leave Try-Qwen-AI.com. Review the destination before creating an account, uploading content, or purchasing a service.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site’s technology, provider, law, or data practices change. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through a notice where appropriate.
